 Operational Support Analyst I

Job Description

    As an Operational Support Analyst I at Capgemini, you will be responsible for providing Incident Management Support (L1) by triaging issues and offering ServiceNow Ticket Support. You will conduct research and analytics to support various initiatives and listen to IVR calls to provide proactive recommendations for tuning and improvement. Additionally, you will be involved in maintaining documentation, UAT Testing, Production Validation Support, monitoring KPIs, and participating in Inspect & Adapt. You will also own test data acquisition requests and troubleshooting, showcasing your skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Total Work Experience: Minimum Required 1-3 years, Preferred 4-6 years - Language Proficiency: English - Fluent - Required Education: Bachelor's degree - Preferred Branches of Study: Data Analytics, IVR, IT - Software / Tool Skills: - SQL - Entry Level (1-3 Years) - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio) - Entry Level (1-3 Years) About Capgemini: Capgemini is a global leader in partnering with companies to transform and manage their businesses by leveraging technology.
