Job Description

As a Lead Consultant - PMO at Genpact, you will have the opportunity to directly engage with clients in the US and collaborate with ELT leaders for contract renewals and record maintenance. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Technical Project Manager with expertise in IT infrastructure and Application Development within Project Management. - Proficiency in project management tools like SPM/JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Visio, etc. - Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude in understanding product features and functions. - Capability to independently drive projects and make informed decisions. - Proactive mindset to identify and communicate risks promptly. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective team collaboration and idea presentation. Qualifications we are looking for: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications / Skills: - Strong interpersonal, analytical thinking, presentation, and communication skills. - Experience in working within a distributed team setup. - Certification in Project Management or Agile (PMP, CSM, SAFe). - Familiarity with agile software development practices. - Previous experience in collaborating with diverse agile teams. - Understanding of technology stack and product lifecycle.,
