Job Description
- As an Assistant Vice President - Pricing at Genpact, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing pricing models that align with business goals and market trends. Your role will involve conducting market analysis to assess competition, pricing gaps, and customer behavior. Utilizing analytics for financial modeling to forecast revenue impact and monitor key pricing key performance indicators (KPIs) will be crucial. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally to align pricing with product features, sales strategies, and financial objectives. Documenting and communicating pricing strategies internally and externally will also be a part of your responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred), experience in SaaS pricing, proficiency in subscription, tiered, and usage-based pricing models, strong expertise in financial modeling and pricing tools, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Preferred skills for this position include experience in pricing optimization, understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, and LTV, as well as knowledge of global pricing strategies and customer segmentation.
