Job Description
- Role Overview: As a Financial Accountant at NTT DATA, you will be a seasoned subject matter expert responsible for assisting with the preparation of routine financial reports, processing journal entries, and handling accounting month-end tasks. Your primary objective will be to report on costs, productivity, margins, and expenditures, offer financial recommendations, and contribute to budget management. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with financial forecasting processes - Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate across various finance and non-finance functions - Analyze journals, produce data analysis and reports, and assist with variance analysis - Assemble annual audit information for external auditors - Recommend improvements in efficiency using automation - Analyze past performance financial data, prepare budgets, and forecasts for business unit management - Implement effective financial controls, including systems reconciliations and ensuring integrity of reported figures - Plan month-end activities, including preparation and processing of journal entries and executing actions in the accounting system - Perform any other relevant task as requested by management Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance or related field - Full-time/Part-time MBA in Finance Additional Details about NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
