Job Description
Data capturing of complex documents in FrenchMonitor production error notifications Internal and external communication of transaction errors
Manage problem escalation and react to all local carrier related issues via e-mail or phone Live chat assistance Act as Product specialist to maintain up-to-date product information and training materials (applied to specific representatives only)
Responsible for the day-to-day support on customer service
Responsible that she/he provides excellent customer service and support by understanding the customers operating demands and how to meet those demands with business solutions
Handle incoming or outgoing calls and provide customer satisfaction Address customer inquiries to resolution Perform end to end registration processing
Ability to work with multiple teams
Processing and meeting the daily targets and maintain high quality standards
Ability to Identify, facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency & gain productivity
Excellent with Analytical skills
Excellent with Interpersonal skills
