Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Chat Support Executive with international chat support experience to join our dynamic team. If you excel at communicating via chat, enjoy solving customer queries, and want to work in a global environment, this opportunity is for you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat
  • Provide accurate product/service information
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain detailed customer interaction records using CRM tools

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in international chat-based customer support
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and rotational offs
  • Familiarity with CRM/chat tools is preferred
