Required Skill: Implementation experience in ITSM.
Preferred Skills: Exposure to ITOM and ITAM.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
ServiceNow Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and functionalities.
ITSM Knowledge: Solid understanding of ITIL principles and IT service management processes.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team
