Job Description

-Handle Basic and Advanced Baking and Pastry Arts Sessions( both theory and practical) for -Diploma and Degree students of Bakery and Pastry Arts

-Command on written and spoken English with min qualification of Degree in Hotel Management

-Very Good Practical Skills in International Bakery Products, Pastries, Exotic Desserts, sugar art

-Excellent plating skill for online video shoots

-Should be well versed in Preparing PPTs, Video presentations for Theory Classes

-Well versed in Costing, Budgeting, Indenting, Menu Planning, Food Festivals, Modern Plating Styles etc

-Prior Experience as Chef Instructor in a Hotel Management/Culinary College will be preferred

-Min 8 to 10 years of Experience in Bakery and Pastry Kitchens in 5 star hotels will be preferred
