Urgent | Requirement with one of Leading company_ITI Fitter_Boisar

Exp - 0.6 Moth to 4 Years

CTC- 3LPA

Day Shift

Monday to Saturday

9.30 to 6.30

Immediate Joiner will work

Location -Boisar

Qualification -ITI Fitter

Key Responsibilities:
Perform fitting and mechanical assembly tasks based on engineering drawings and
instructions.
Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and
mechanical equipment.
Ensure safety of the premises, including regular inspections of tools, machines, and
plant infrastructure.
Monitor and support fire safety measures and assist in maintaining fire extinguishers
and safety equipment.
Take care of infrastructure-related work such as minor civil repairs, pipeline
fittings, and structural maintenance.
Assist in the installation and upkeep of new machines and equipment.
Identify and resolve faults or wear in mechanical parts to avoid downtime.
Maintain proper documentation for all maintenance activities.
Provide on-the-job training to machine operators regarding basic handling, safety
practices, and preventive care of machines.
Support the team in ensuring compliance with workplace safety and hygiene
standards.

Required Skills && Qualifications:
ITI certification in Fitter trade from a recognized institution.
Strong knowledge of mechanical fittings, machine tools, and plant equipment.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
Knowledge of plant safety norms, fire safety standards, and preventive
maintenance schedules.
Hands-on experience with hand tools, welding, grinding, and other fabrication work.
Physically fit and capable of working in industrial environments.
Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
