What Youll Build
- Conversational Agents Next-gen chat systems that engage, adapt, and stay safe by design.
- Adaptive Engines AI models that customize learning journeys in real time.
- Generative Intelligence Tools that create articles, videos, and supporting material at scale.
- Assessment & Feedback Systems Instant, personalized insights that make learning stick.
- Analytics Dashboards Real-time progress tracking, recommendations, and engagement data.
- Future Prototypes Multimodal AI, avatars, AR/VR integrations, and agentic workflows.
- MLOps & Infrastructure Scalable pipelines, deployment frameworks, and evaluation harnesses.
- Responsible AI Guardrails, bias detection, and ethical frameworks built in from the start.
- Full-Stack Integration End-to-end deployment in web/mobile products, from backend to frontend.
- AI + Next.js Integration Bring AI models and pipelines into our Next.js application, ensuring smooth, fast, and user-friendly deployment.
- Frontend Integration Work with our Next.js frontend to seamlessly embed AI-powered features directly into the user experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Experiment & Prototype: Rapidly test ideas, build prototypes, and iterate at speed.
- Prompt Engineering: Design and scale prompt libraries, ensuring safe, creative, and reliable outputs.
- Agent Development: Build chat-based and autonomous agents (e.g., n8n or similar orchestration).
- Quality & Safety: Automate evaluation pipelines for hallucinations, bias, accuracy, and impact.
- Deploy at Scale: Create robust systems that perform in real-world conditions.
- Collaborate & Lead: Work directly with the founder, shaping not just productsbut the future of our company.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors in CS/Engineering/Math/AI; Masters or PhD preferredor an exceptional track record that speaks louder than degrees.
- Experience: 24+ years building and shipping AI/ML systems in production (outliers welcome).
- Technical Mastery:
- Large Language Models & NLP (Transformers, RAG, conversational AI).
- Generative AI across text, image, speech, multimodal.
- Prompt engineering at scale.
- Recommendation & personalization algorithms.
- Autonomous agent frameworks (n8n, LangChain, orchestration systems).
- Integration with modern web frameworks (Next.js/React) including both backend pipelines and frontend embedding of AI features for live applications.
- Stack: Python, JavaScript, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, vector DBs, cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- MLOps: CI/CD, monitoring, feature stores, experiment tracking.
- Full-stack engineering to seamlessly integrate AI into apps.
