Join Our Team: Work-From-Home Customer Service (Permanent Opportunity) - Multinational BPO


CTC: Upto 3 LPA
Working Days: 6 days a week
Shifts: Rotational shifts (Candidates should be comfortable working night shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat requests from customers.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist customers in resolving queries related to products, services, billing, and more.
  • Product Expertise: Provide accurate information about the companys offerings to ensure a great customer experience.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure all issues are logged correctly for follow-up.
  • Quality Service: Deliver high-quality support, meeting service-level targets while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Must have excellent command over English and Hindi (both spoken and written).
  • Technical Requirements:
    • Laptop: Must own a laptop with Intel i5 processor or above, or AMD Ryzen 5 or above.
    • Internet Connection: High-speed internet with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
    • Headset & Battery Backup: A good quality headset and uninterrupted power backup are mandatory.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
  • Comfortable with 6-day work weeks.
  • Proactive, dedicated, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
