Role : L3 Routing and Switching for NOC

Job location : Bangalore

 Skill Set :

• CCIE in R&S, excellent command over R&S technology
• Min 6 years of experience in operations working on cisco products
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of ITIL process(IM, PM, CM)
• Willing to work in night shifts and extended hours during issue resolution
• Strong R&S with Nexus

JD :

• Responsible for solving high priority issues
• Responsible for technical mentor for team
• Responsible to control and drive TAC tickets
• Responsible to provide RCA for P1 and P2 issues
• Call with customer on technical discussions
• Call with customer on RCA discussion
• Working coordination with Problem and change management teams
• Should be driving high priority and high visibility issues to resolution
• Close coordination with incident management team
• Assess team on technical efficiency on regular bases and discuss with management for appropriate training and team building activities.
• Showcase excellent technical value add to customer.
