Job Description
Job Requirements:
Selected PM will be responsible for Project Management: Project Planning/Schedule, Customer Management, Resource Management, Delivery Management, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Budget Management, Quality Assurance, Post-Project Evaluation, Project health management, Compliance to Global quality management system & Project Management framework.
Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting the defined objectives
- Resource (Ramp up/down) management, Conflict Management, ESAT Management, Budgeting - Resource cost Management, Performance management of team
- Responsible to handle and delivery successfully all sort of projects: Especially FoPs. SPPs, Local Global Projects, FPP& UFP etc.
- Maintain and manage Global GPF compliance: sponsor reviews, toll gate reviews, periodic reviews, Manage UBR/RAR, UER, PBDD
- Driving Productivity/Continuous Improvements within the program, RCA, Quality Assurance plan, Proposal preparation
- Adherence to Quality, customer requirements, and any other policies and standards.
- Export and Data security compliance.
- Business rhythms (month end timesheets, IDP deadline, quarterly KRA reminders, events, etc.)
- Establish and implement the governance mechanism (Both with Internal & External Stakeholders)
- Responsible for preparing required project specific training plan
- Managing, updating, and Ensuring required training material in place by close coordination with discipline leads.
- Onboarding, offboarding & inducting new members into the team/project
- Conduct technical reviews / deliverable reviews and monitor technical health of projects
- Support technical capability assessments of the team members in your service.
- Work with technical managers within program to ensure healthy capability development within organization.
Education
UG: Any Graduate, B. Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
Experience: 12+ Yrs.
