What Youll Do

• Develop, edit, and maintain content (articles, blogs, product notes, knowledge base).
• Adapt and localize content to match different audiences, regions, and platforms.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance by delivering fact-checked, grammatically correct content aligned with brand and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct online research, collect & validate data from credible sources.
• Prepare structured reports, insights, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Communications/Journalism/Business preferred).
• Strong writing, editing & research skills.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory).
• 6 months 3 years of experience in content, data research, or non-voice support.
