Job Description
Job Title: HR Recruiters & HR Interns (Female Candidates Only)
Company: Axis Services.
Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad.
Job Type: Full-Time, On-site.
Experience: 0 -1 Year (Freshers Welcome).
Working Days: Monday - Saturday (6 Days a Week).
Work Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM.
Job Description
We are currently hiring HR Recruiters and HR Interns who are passionate about building careers, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to learn and grow in the field of recruitment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Understand job requirements and prepare appropriate job descriptions.
- Post job openings on various platforms and portals.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process until onboarding.
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to convince and engage with candidates effectively.
- Must be currently residing in Hyderabad.
- Only female candidates are eligible.
- Not eligible for currently pursuing students (Only graduates).
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate/ Any Post Graduate (Passed Outs from 2024 & 2025 are only eligible).
Salary Package
Freshers (Intern)
- Month 1: 10,000 (Take Home).
- Post 1 Month (Performance-Based): Up to 15,000 (Take Home)
- Post 3 Months (Performance-Based): Up to 20,000 (Take Home).
Experienced
- Min 1 Year of Experience into HR Recruiter, Up to 25,000 Take home.
