Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Location: Delhi
Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in user experience design, wireframing, prototyping, and front-end usability testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project manager, business analysts, and developers to design intuitive and user-centric interfaces.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to enhance product usability and accessibility.
- Develop responsive and interactive UI designs aligned with project goals and user requirements.
- Ensure adherence to design guidelines, consistency, and brand standards across applications.
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of design outputs.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
- Hands-on experience in usability testing and interaction design.
- Ability to convert business requirements into engaging digital experiences.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
