Role & responsibilities

• Assist in organizing recruitment drives, including virtual.
• Source and screen candidates and manage interview logistics.
• Maintain candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
• Communicate with universities, candidates, and internal teams.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.

Preferred candidate profile

• Pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR software a plus.
• Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
