We are looking for a German Language Expert with strong communication skills and a B2 level proficiency in German to join our customer support team immediately. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customer service and the ability to handle client queries efficiently in German.Key Responsibilities:
-Provide high-quality customer support in German through various channels (phone, email, chat).
-Address customer queries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
-Assist in improving customer experience by providing feedback and insights based on interactions.
-Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines in all communications.Requirements:
-Proficient in German at B2 level or above (spoken and written).
-Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support or a related role.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
