Job Description

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional with a strong background in sales (preferably air-conditioning systems - VRF and Ductable). The ideal candidate will possess expertise in sales of a complete range of Air-conditioners in B2B segment including VRF, PAC, Cassette and room-air conditioners. This individual should also be proficient in communication and technically sound in Air-conditioning aspects

Key Responsibilities:

Sales operations & Business development
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote air-conditioning systems across commercial and industrial segments.
Handling of existing channel & adding new channel partners
To work with customers and influencers (Consultants, Architect and PMC)
Stay updated on industry developments and adapt to new technologies.
Familiarize with HVAC market and competition (Product and Market share)

Qualifications & Skills:

BE (Preferably) or MBA.
Strong knowledge of air-conditioning systems, especially VRF and ducted.
Familiarity with HVAC market size and current trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Communication and presentation skills in English.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and quick to learn new technologies.
