Job Description
- As a Digital Software Engineer Intmd Analyst at Citigroup, you will be responsible for the following: - Turning tech stack and application design into code on multiple development platforms (e.g. iOS, Android, web/Angular, services) - Addressing a variety of responses to problems, questions, or situations by applying established criteria to directly influence development outcomes - Responsible for applications systems analysis and programming activities including assisting with feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and implementation of new or revised applications systems and programs - Accountable for development, design, construction, testing, and implementation of secure, stable, testable, and maintainable code - Engaging in digital applications development, risk technology, Middleware, Mainframe applications, Non-Mainframe applications, Analytic Model Development, and Application support activities - Providing a sound understanding of application development concepts and principles - Consulting with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues and recommending programming solutions for customer exposed systems - Fully learning the functionality, architecture, dependencies, and runtime properties of the systems involved in projects - Understanding the business context and associated customer use cases - Driving clarity into technical implementation and representing your team's systems to others - Building and maintaining integrated project development schedules accounting for internal/external dependencies and differing SDLC approaches - Negotiating features and associated priority, improving team development processes, and ensuring productivity measurement - Assessing risk when making business decisions and driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations Qualifications: - 5-8 years of Automation development experience - Experience developing automation scripts with Java - Experience in selenium Webdriver for web automation - Experience in API automation using restAssured is a plus - Experience in Agile methodology is a plus - Strong SQL skills required - End to end experience across the entire software development lifecycle - Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a project team in a cooperative effort Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use search tools and/or apply for a career opportunity, review Accessibility at Citi.,
