Job Description

    As the Lead & Nurture Operations Specialist (LNO) in the Global Marketing Performance, Data & Technology team at Cognizant, your primary responsibility will be managing end-to-end lead management processes and performance resulting from field marketing activities. You will play a crucial role in providing operational support and tracking lead capture through to sales hand-off, along with managing the marketing contact database and executing contextual nurture programs targeting relevant contact segments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Be the expert on various marketing technologies used for prospect acquisition and customer marketing programs, such as marketing automation, CRM lead management, ABM platforms, and digital and event technologies. - Utilize core marketing and sales-enablement technologies to drive program success through effective lead management. - Consult on building and activating contact nurture programs through various marketing platforms. - Maintain scalable processes for lead/account scoring, lead tracking, segmentation, and close the loop management. - Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to engage potential leads and move them through the sales funnel. - Repurpose compelling content to educate and nurture leads effectively. - Continuously analyze and optimize lead nurturing campaigns based on data-driven insights. - Create best practices for successful campaigns and educate field marketing colleagues on Cognizant marketing best practices. - Stay updated on next-generation B2B demand generation and marketing automation best practices, including AI and ML use cases. - Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and maintain integrity of the marketing database for proper data utilization and contextual contact engagement. - Generate lead, campaign, and contact reports to measure business impact and marketing ROI. **Key Requirements:** - Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years of relevant B2B experience in full-funnel marketing performance and operations. - Expertise in campaign planning, analysis, reporting, and lead management. - Strong understanding of lead generation and nurturing principles. - Proficiency in marketing automation tools like Salesforce, 6Sense, Power BI, and Tableau. - Excellent analytical skills and experience with BI and analytics tools. - Strategic, goal-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in presentation, written and verbal communication. - Relevant certifications in CRM, analytics, marketing automation, web & SEM, and event platforms.
