Job Description
- Role Overview: As a member of the Support organization at Oracle, your primary focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle's customer base. You will serve as an advocate for customer needs, handling post-sales non-technical customer inquiries and technical questions related to the use of and troubleshooting for Oracle's Electronic Support Services. You will be a key point of contact for customers, responsible for fostering customer relationships with Support and providing guidance to internal Oracle employees on various customer situations and escalated issues. Responsibilities: - Work as an Oracle Financial Cloud Fusion Functional Lead consultant with 8 to 15 years of experience - Be available to work in Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and Night Shift as required - Resolve incidents within agreed target timelines based on priority - Meet response and resolution SLA for all reported incidents - Prepare and publish Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all SEV1 issues - Create knowledge objects or upload information in the Knowledge Repository - Follow change management process for code fix deployment to production - Adhere to configuration management to maintain code repository - Conduct CEMLI impact analysis on product upgrades - Implement improvements to enhance service value - Prepare shift handover report (Issue Log) to ensure complete information transfer to the next shift resources - Perform proactive monitoring and health check status recording - Update Technical & Functional specification documents regularly to document up-to-date functionality - Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functional/technical consulting services, acting as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects - Identify client business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functionality - Address functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion and build extensions as needed - Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts on other processes or systems - Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups - Develop Security and Validation Strategies & Plans for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects - Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects - Validate migration of configuration, integrations, and extensions to Production for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects - Communicate effectively and drive project deliverables for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects About Us: Oracle, a world leader in cloud solutions, utilizes cutting-edge technology to address current challenges.
