Job Description
- As an Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Consultant/Lead/Architect at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with clients to analyze business processes and optimize Oracle HCM usage - Conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance client adoption and efficiency - Troubleshooting and resolving functional and technical issues within Oracle HCM modules - Staying updated with the latest Oracle HCM enhancements, trends, and best practices - Ensuring seamless integration with third-party applications and existing HR systems - Supporting and maintaining security and risk management configurations within Oracle HCM - Working with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and system performance - Providing strategic recommendations for HR digital transformation using Oracle HCM Cloud - Maintaining project documentation and ensuring adherence to industry compliance standards **Primary Skills:** - Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows - Hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting - Knowledge of cloud security, risk management, and compliance - Proficiency in Oracle HCM integrations with third-party applications **Secondary Skills:** - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Effective communication and collaboration skills - Ability to lead client workshops and user training sessions - Adaptability to evolving HR technology trends and innovations At Capgemini, you will be part of a global business and technology transformation partner, contributing to the acceleration of organizations into a digital and sustainable world.
