Job Description
- As a Principal Consultant - SAP FICO Consultant specializing in AP, Tax, Treasury, and Fixed Assets at Genpact, your role involves leading and managing end-to-end SAP FICO implementations. Your responsibilities include: - Leading SAP FICO implementations with a specific focus on AP, Tax, Treasury, and Fixed Assets. - Developing and implementing efficient processes for invoice processing, tax compliance, treasury operations, and asset management. - Analyzing business processes and providing recommendations for improvements using SAP FICO solutions. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other modules and systems. - Providing expert guidance on AP, Tax, Treasury, and Fixed Assets functionalities, including configuration, reporting, and reconciliation. - Conducting workshops and training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders. - Staying updated with the latest SAP enhancements and best practices to ensure optimal system performance. Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications: - Graduate or postgraduate in B.Tech, IT, or MCA. - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Skills: - Experience with S/4HANA implementation and migration. - Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud. - Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements. - Self-starter with the ability to multitask and efficiently manage time in a multifaceted environment with demanding deadlines. - Excellent writing, speaking, analytical, project management, organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills. - Ability to deliver high-quality and reliable software by collaborating with the team. - Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to drive sophisticated, technical, and highly commercial solutions. - Good verbal and written communication skills.
