Job Description
- As a Process Developer at Genpact, you will be working across various categories, showcasing your broad range of category knowledge and ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts (SMEs). Your key responsibilities in this role include: - Conducting spot buy negotiations and performing compliance checks. - Maintaining a thorough understanding of client processes and policies. - Demonstrating a strong work ethic by excelling both independently and within a team-oriented environment. - Collaborating with SMEs to achieve project goals. - Providing category expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders. In order to excel in this role, Genpact seeks the following qualifications from you: Minimum qualifications: - Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record. - Good communication and analytical skills. Preferred qualifications: - Previous experience in Procurement & Sourcing. - Effective probing skills and strong analytical abilities. - Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach, demonstrated proficiency in written English with a neutral accent. - Ability to work on a flexible schedule. - Strong attention to detail. - Basic Excel & PowerPoint skills.
