Job Description
- As a Head of Design, Process & Application Engineering at Hindustan Composites Limited, your role will involve overseeing the design and development of various products such as Brake Lining, Clutch Facing, Disc Brake Pad, Roll Lining, and Brake Block. You will be responsible for managing process engineering activities and ensuring application engineering standards are met. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and mentoring the engineering team - Coordinating with other departments - Ensuring the implementation of quality standards - Continuously improving engineering processes to achieve operational excellence To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proven experience in Design Engineering, Process Engineering, and Application Engineering - Strong leadership and team management skills - Proficiency in CAD software, process simulation tools, and other engineering software - Thorough understanding of quality standards and regulatory requirements related to Friction Materials - Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred - Pertinent experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is an advantage - Exceptional organizational and project management skills Join Hindustan Composites Limited and be a part of a dynamic, resilient, and productive organization that focuses on continuous growth, profitability, and providing shareholders with a commensurate return on investment.
