Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities in project and retail sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and clients.

Manage end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, negotiation, and closure.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned.

Conduct field visits to expand market reach and brand presence.

Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to management.
-
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain sales records.
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in B2B / retail / project sales.

Ability to build strong dealer and distributor networks.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling field sales.

Good market knowledge and networking ability.

Candidates with experience in project sales, retail sales, B2B, field sales, business development, dealer/distributor handling, and contractor engagement.

Candidates from industries other than Building Materials, Paints, or Construction Chemicals are encouraged to apply.
Qualification: Any regular graduate (except B.Sc, B.Tech, Diploma)
