JD CyberArk Lead
- The CyberArk Lead needs to be proficient in technical skills, design and troubleshooting and should be able to drive things independently.
- Work from client office in (first priority is Bangalore, second is Pune), 3 days a week.
- CyberArk certification is a must.
Job Description:
- Candidates should have experience in the below areas.
- Implementation of Vault stand-along, HA and Satellite Vault infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge in Architecture & design and experience in Implementation of CyberArk PAM components (CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP) in load balancer Architecture/environment.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular health checks, and proactively identify and address potential performance bottlenecks.
- Have hands-on experience onboarding and managing target devices such as Windows,
- UNIX, DB, Websites, Firewalls, Mainframes, networks, AWS/Azure, and Cloud apps in CyberArk.
- Experience in remediation of different types of accounts like Windows, Linux, Database, Network devices, and SSH keys.
- Able to handle issues related to password rotations, password malfunctions, account creations, account changes, and scheduling.
- Experience in troubleshooting Central Policy Manager (CPM), Privilege Session Manager
- (PSM), Cyber-Ark Privilege Session Manager Proxy (PSMP) and PTA-related issues.
- Resolving CyberArk-related incidents and problems, coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective solutions.
- Knowledge of customisation of CyberArk Platforms, Connectors/Plugins (with AutoIT/Shell Scripting/PowerShell) and a good understanding of auto-detection configuration and usage of Discovery Scanning tools.
- Should have a strong understanding of plugin development to manage passwords for different applications.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal
disruption to ongoing operations.
- Coordinate with CyberArk vendors for support, troubleshooting, and escalations to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Should also have a strong background in information security principles and controls.
- Have migration experience in CyberArk.
- Have hands-on experience with CyberArk scripting (PACLI and API)
- Good to have knowledge of Automate processes across the CyberArk products.
- Creating and maintaining documentation, including standard operating procedures, user guides, and knowledge base articles. Assisting in the development and delivery of training programs to educate users on CyberArk solutions and best practices.
- Understanding of operating systems, database, application, and CyberArk log structures.
- Readiness to work from Client office (if required).
Qualification:
- Strong PAM domain knowledge.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience working with CyberArk Architecture, Design, Troubleshooting, PAM concepts and features.
- Development background
- Experience with CyberArk Administration and Implementation/onboarding
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Strong work ethics and drive to achieve results.
