Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations and manage both on-roll and off-roll employees. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manpower handling, with exposure to D2C/B2C processes and 3PL management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage manpower (on-roll & off-roll employees) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Oversee D2C / B2C order fulfillment operations with efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate and manage activities with 3PL partners to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
- Conduct and monitor inventory audits, ensuring stock accuracy and timely reconciliation.
- Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Generate and analyze reports to track warehouse performance and manpower productivity.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Warehouse Supervision.
- Strong experience in manpower handling (on-roll & off-roll).
- Hands-on experience in D2C or B2C operations.
- Exposure to working with 3PL warehouses / partners.
- Knowledge of inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
