Job Description

Role Overview

Hiring a .NET Developer (2-5 years) to build and maintain web applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API with SQL Server on the backend. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams, ensure code quality and performance, and contribute across design, development, debugging, and enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Strong in C#, .NET and ASP.NET MVC
• Hands-on building RESTful services using Web API
• SQL Server expertise: T-SQL, joins, views, stored procedures, performance tuning
• Front-end basics: JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS
• OOP/OOPS concepts and design fundamentals
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Entity Framework and LINQ
• .NET Core exposure
• Git/version control, code reviews
• Unit testing with MSTest/NUnit/xUnit

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET apps (C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API)
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexes
• Implement and consume REST APIs; ensure security and versioning
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Collaborate with Product/QA/UX to plan and ship features
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Write clean, maintainable code; follow coding standards
• Perform code reviews and use Git for source control
• Create basic technical documentation and API specs
