Job Description

- Edit and assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the our vision and is suitable for broadcasting.
- Utilize technical tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create engaging video content.
- Work collaboratively with the creative team to conceptualize and execute video projects.
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of all video productions.
- Manipulate and edit video pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience.
- Enhance video content with motion graphics and animation when required.
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
- Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects as necessary.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency.

**Qualifications:*
 
- Proven work experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio of work.
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity.
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing is a plus.
- Creative mind and storytelling skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a video editing role.
