Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware
Manage network servers and technology tools
Set up Office 365, GSuite accounts, and workstations
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
Troubleshoot issues and outages
Ensure security through access controls and backups
Upgrade systems with new releases and models
Train staff on new technologies and provide technical support
Build and maintain an internal knowledge base with documentation, manuals, and IT policies
Requirements
Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or in a similar role
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
Understanding of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
Professional certifications (e.g., MCSA) will be an added advantage
