Job Description
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer (2-5 years) with strong expertise in computer vision and image-based AI systems. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in designing, training, and deploying image models along with a solid foundation in core machine learning, deep learning, and MLOps practices.

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement computer vision solutions for object detection, classification, segmentation, OCR, anomaly detection, etc.
- Build and optimize deep learning models (CNNs, Vision Transformers, GANs, Diffusion Models) for image data.
- Develop end-to-end ML pipelines: data acquisition, annotation, preprocessing, augmentation, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Work with large-scale image datasets and ensure data quality, labeling accuracy, and augmentation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate vision models into production systems (e.g., mobile, embedded, or cloud platforms).
- Research and apply state-of-the-art CV/AI advancements (YOLO, Faster R-CNN, Mask R-CNN, DETR, SAM, CLIP, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
- Optimize models for real-time performance, low-latency inference, and edge deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure best practices for image-based AI development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
- Required hands-on experience in AI/ML
- Strong knowledge of image processing and computer vision techniques (OpenCV, PIL, scikit-image).
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras.
- Experience in object detection, segmentation, and classification models (YOLO, Faster R-CNN, U-Net, Vision Transformers).
- Familiarity with data labeling tools (Labelbox, CVAT, VOTT, Roboflow).
- Strong understanding of MLOps: model serving, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Cloud ML platform experience (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
- Knowledge of image augmentation, synthetic data generation, and annotation automation.
- Solid coding skills in Python and familiarity with C++ for performance optimization (nice to have).
