Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle Flexcube Retail Banking applications and hands-on testing experience across core retail banking modules. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality through functional, system, integration, and UAT testing, while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Role & responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements for Flexcube Retail Banking systems.
  
• Design and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
  
• Perform functional, regression, system integration, and UAT support testing.
  
• Validate retail banking modules such as CASA, Deposits, Loans, Payments, and Channels.
  
• Manage defect lifecycle using tools like JIRA/ALM.
  
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
  
• Prepare test reports, traceability matrix, and QA documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• 58 years of QA/testing experience in banking domain applications.
  
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle Flexcube Retail Banking modules.
  
• Hands-on with SQL queries for backend data validation.
  
• Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, TestNG, etc.) is an advantage.
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
