What You'll Be Doing
Develop and maintain complex web applications using Ruby on Rails
Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
Troubleshoot and debug applications for optimal performance
Collaborate with designers, frontend developers, and product managers
Ensure security and scalability of web applications
Participate in code reviews and maintain code consistency
Your Toolkit
Core Skills:
3+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails
Strong understanding of MVC design patterns
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
Experience working with SQL databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile development environment
