Job Description

• Manage and maintain Linux-based environments (installation, configuration, performance tuning, troubleshooting).
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Automate build, deployment, and release processes for applications and microservices.
• Work on containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Monitor and support application deployments across development, staging, and production environments.
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Helm.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure continuous integration and continuous delivery best practices .
• Troubleshoot deployment, build, and environment issues in a timely manner.
• Set up logging, monitoring, and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or CloudWatch.
• Contribute to security, compliance, and hardening of DevOps processes in regulated environments (e.g., banking/financial domain).

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration .
• Experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, etc.).
• Proficiency with source code management (Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
• Experience in containerization orchestration : Docker, Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE), OpenShift.
• Familiarity with IaC tools : Ansible, Terraform, Helm.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Shell, Python, or Groovy).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in service deployment and production support .
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Certifications in Linux, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) .
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and integrating security into CI/CD.
• Prior experience in banking/financial services domain is a plus.
