Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Java Senior Developer with at least 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web-based applications using Java technologies. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, SQL, AWS, Git, Java, JavaScript, CSS HTML 5, CICD, and Agile methodology.
Responsibilities :
Design and develop web-based applications from scratch.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using best practices.
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
Debug and troubleshoot issues that arise during the development life cycle.
Implement and maintain unit tests to ensure the quality of the code.
Participate in Agile methodologies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Work with version control tools such as Git to manage source code.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment process.
Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the Java ecosystem.
Requirements :
At least 6 years of hands-on experience developing web-based applications using Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot.
Strong hands-on experience in Core Java/J2EE, Web Services (RESTful).
Self-motivated with a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle SDLC - from requirements to deployment, agile methodologies.
Experience on Front End Technologies like Angular, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery and CSS are an added advantage.
Hands-on experience with Hibernate, REST API and knowledge on Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes and AWS.
Experience working with process management software such as JIRA and Proficient with code versioning tools such as GIT.
Knowledge on Continuous Development with Continuous Integration (CI/CD) and tools such as Jenkins will be added plus.
Strong hands-on experience in MS SQL.
Writing great quality code with a relentless passion for automated testing and validation.
Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborative environments.
Tools : STS 4 or IntelliJ or Visual Studio Code.
Servers : Apache Tomcat.
