Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Franchise Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and create a pipeline of potential franchise partners through cold calling, referrals, online portals, events, and networking.
  • Actively participate in marketing campaigns and franchise exhibitions to attract prospects.

2. Franchise Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Present the companys franchise model, business plan, ROI, and benefits to potential investors.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospects.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with prospective franchisees.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of franchise partners.

3. Market Research & Analysis

  • Research new markets, locations, and expansion opportunities.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends in the franchise industry.

4. Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with acquired franchise partners.
  • Act as a bridge between franchisees and internal departments during onboarding.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate reports of leads, meetings, negotiations, and closures.
  • Provide regular MIS updates on franchise acquisition activities.
