Job Description

Job Title: Junior IP Lawyer

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai Salary: 15 18 K per Month (CTC, based on interview performance) Experience: 0 2 Years (Freshers preferred)

Responsibilities:

Assist senior IP lawyers in understanding client intellectual property needs.

Learn, draft, and file legal documents related to intellectual property.

Participate in client discussions on IP matters.

Conduct research and stay updated on IP laws, rules, and regulations.

Support in creating educational and training materials for clients.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen IP-related processes and features.

Qualifications:

Education: LLM in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).

Experience: 0 2 years (freshers welcome).

Languages: Proficiency in Tamil, Hindi, and English.

Must hold a valid Bar Council License.

Strong enthusiasm for intellectual property law and eagerness to learn.

Attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a team and learn from experienced professionals.

Basic knowledge of IP legal databases and research tools (preferred but not mandatory).
