Location: IT park, Chandigarh
Preference: Female candidate from North East India
Experience: 1-5 years


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to manage front office operations, assist in HR administration, and coordinate travel management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, handle inquiries, and ensure a professional and welcoming office environment.
  • Travel Management: Arrange domestic and international travel, including ticket booking, hotel accommodations, and itinerary planning.
  • Office Administration: Oversee front desk activities, manage couriers, maintain office supplies, and coordinate meetings.
  • HR Administration Support: Assist in maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, and coordinating HR-related activities.
  • Visitor & Vendor Management: Maintain visitor logs, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure smooth front office functioning.
  • Communication & Coordination: Act as a point of contact for employees, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth internal and external communication.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Administration, Hospitality, or HR).
  • Experience: 1-5 years in front desk, administration, or customer service roles.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Female candidate from North East India.
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
  • Prior experience in front desk operations, travel coordination, or HR support is a plus.
