We are seeking a talented and experienced Account Manager to join ourgrowing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in aDigital Media or Analytics role, with a proven track record of guiding clientconversations, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering actionableinsights. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintainingstrong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and drivinglong-term success and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to deeply understand their advertising goals, objectives, and
challenges.
Lead client calls to discuss industry trends, project updates, and performance
evaluations relative to client objectives.
Identify gaps in client needs or our service capabilities, proposing proactive and
innovative solutions.
Develop and present comprehensive client proposals based on thorough industry and
client analyses.
Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and
preferences.
Collaborate closely with internal teamsincluding AdOps, Sales, and Performance
Specialiststo address client needs and drive business growth.
Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, with a focus on
increasing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from your assigned portfolio.
Proactively develop and execute Account Plans that foster deeper client relationships
and expand revenue streams.
Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to enhance overall client
experience.
Requirements
Skills and Experience:
Proven ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover new sales
opportunities.
Strong skills in account management and solution selling, with a demonstrated ability
to drive client engagement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while utilizing data to
inform decision-making.
Experience managing high-pressure situations, including effectively resolving client
disputes and mitigating risks.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by outstanding
presentation abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple
client accounts simultaneously.
2-3 years of experience in Account Management within the digital advertising
industry.
Proven experience working with US and/or UK clients, or in US/UK markets.
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (especially programmatic platforms) is
mandatory
