Job Description:
We are looking for a results-oriented Demand Generation Expert with a proven track record in B2B IT services targeted to North American market. This role requires expertise in Hubspot, email marketing, and the management of events and webinars. A crucial aspect of this position involves developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing ROI. The ideal candidate will also be adept at meticulously tracking campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and actively working to reduce the cost per lead (CPL). Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of demand generation to achieve revenue goals.
2. Develop, execute, and optimize targeted campaigns in Hubspot.
3. Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including strategy, execution, and reporting.
4. Plan, manage, and execute webinars and events to drive lead generation.
5. Develop and manage marketing dashboards to track key performance indicators.
6. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMRUSH, and PPC to track and optimize campaign performance.
7. Manage marketing operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
8. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and advancements.
9. Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external agencies to ensure campaign success.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
Must Haves
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. Proven experience in demand generation, preferably in a B2B IT services company.
3. Expertise in Hubspot, Google Analytics, SEMRUSH, and PPC.
4. Experience in email marketing, events, and webinar management.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on marketing analytics.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Strong team player with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
9. Excellent stakeholder management skills.
