Role & responsibilities
Developing comprehensive digital strategies aligned with business objectives and industry trends
Collaborating closely with other departments such as sales, product development, customer service, and IT to ensure seamless integration between offline and online initiatives
Managing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and optimizing ROI on advertising and marketing spend
Lead, develop, and mentor the marketing team to foster collaboration and innovation
Analyzing data from multiple sources (e.g., Google Analytics) to identify opportunities, measure performance, and make informed decisions about campaign optimization
Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies, platforms, tools, and best practices within the field of digital marketing
Monitoring market competition, identifying new channels or tactics, and adapting strategy accordingly
Providing regular reports and presentations detailing progress against KPIs and goals to senior management
Ability to tailor and manage content as per audience demographics across social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.) for all digital marketing campaigns
Supervise and coordinate the implementation of omnichannel digital marketing campaigns involving SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other pertinent method
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors or masters degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field. Certificates in relevant areas are also considered favorably
6 - 12 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry with exposure to B2B use cases
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing messages
Proven track record managing multi-channel integrated campaigns including email, search engine marketing, display ads, affiliate programs, mobile apps, video streaming services, podcast sponsorships, influencer partnerships, and more
Strong understanding of web design principles, user behavior patterns, conversion rate optimization techniques, landing page creation, funnel building, and website architecture
Expertise using analytics software to track various KPIs and Metrics like Google Analytics, etc. Excellent communication abilities written, verbal, and visual presentation style suited for diverse audiences ranging from internal to external stakeholders
Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, online and offline SEO, and social media
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad-words and social media campaigns
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
