Job Title: TL Developer
Experience: 5+ / 8+ Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and creative UI Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building responsive, user-friendly web interfaces. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and UI frameworks like Material-UI. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, backend developers, and product teams to translate design wireframes into interactive applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces for web applications.
Translate UI/UX design wireframes into functional code using React.js or similar frameworks.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and pixel-perfect implementation.
Work with RESTful APIs to integrate frontend with backend services.
Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams for end-to-end development.
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
Optimize UI performance and handle state management efficiently.
Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for UI development.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development.
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React.js.
Experience with UI libraries/frameworks like Material-UI.
Good understanding of responsive design, flexbox, grid layout, and media queries.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Experience in working with browser developer tools and debugging.
Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and web performance optimization.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Redux, TypeScript is a plus.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and frontend build tools like Webpack or Vite.
Basic knowledge of UX principles and usability testing.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
