Job Description:
As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for driving innovative practices in project delivery and providing deep expertise across engagements. Your daily tasks will include collaborating with clients to gather requirements, analyzing business needs, and implementing technology best practices. Your role will be pivotal in shaping strategies, fostering trusted advisor relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will also enhance the organization's reputation in the marketplace by leveraging your technical knowledge and business acumen.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Collaborate with and manage the project team to achieve performance targets.
- Take responsibility for team decisions and outcomes.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decision-making processes.
- Provide solutions to problems for both your immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance overall team capabilities.
- Develop and implement best practices for effective project delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong understanding of financial risk management principles.
- Experience in SAP integration and configuration.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Additional Information:
- Candidates must have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- This position is based at the Bhubaneswar office.
- A full-time education of 15 years is required.
