Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive execution of customer adoption programs .
Role & responsibilities
Job responsibilities:
Implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned product managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan and timing for new initiatives
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and meets the needs of the target audience
Job qualifications:
B. Tech in computer science
At least 5 years of software industry experience
At least 3+ years of experience as a program manager
Hands on experience with distributed and/or cloud based systems.
Hands on experience with SQL/KQL,Power BI and Automation
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation - to peers and executives)
Main competencies we are looking at are:
Program Management/ Project Management
Azure Cloud Experience along with SQL/KQL, Power BI and Automation
