Preferred candidate profile

3 years of experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce/Retail support projects.
*Experience in D365 Commerce / AX 20212 Retail implementations and support.
*Experience in configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, MPOS.
*Experience in CDX framework, Retail SDK and Commerce SDK.
*Understanding of E-commerce portal and call module center added advantage.
*Good exposure to Finance & SCM domains and industry knowledge.
*Experience in setting up new stores, store migration.
