Description of Skill Sets

5-6 yrs

• Thorough knowledge of the Planning concept and working of ULBs for Plan approval.
• Understanding of Development Control By-laws
• Analytical and investigation skills
• Ability to understand the bigger picture
• Elicitation and comprehension skills
• Good command over spoken and written communication
• Organizational and presentation skills
• Interpersonal and managerial skills

SOFT SKILLS:

• Managing relationship with client officials
• Patience and understanding

Proactive & Acceptance of ownership

• Understanding of Building by-laws. Can read and interpret byelaws.
• Document the By-laws in the prescribed format for understanding of Client, Development and CSTQC team
• Analyze and decompose complex requirements
• Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions
• Fulfill the role of a subject matter expert in requirement elicitation
• Document requirements, create functional specifications
• Oversee the development of the product as per the specifications
• Facilitate change and configuration management
• Monitor performance, discover variances and propose necessary actions.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Checking clients drawings in AutoDCR.
2. Checking Building By-laws as per the Development Control Regulations (DCR) or the National Building Code (NBC) etc.
3. Identify and get rectified the gaps during the proof checking of buildings.
4. Manage changes to business requirements and do an impact analysis.
5. Preparation of consolidated Reports.
6. Involve in preparation of Mockups of gathered requirement.
7. Involve in Preparing Gap analysis document between Client Requirement & Product for customization. (GAD)
8. Work with the testing and dev team during the test phase to ensure that AutoDCR report is accurate and free of bugs and issues.
