Job Title: UX Designer
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic UX Designer to join our fast growing Design Team. As a UX Designer you ll work with a collaborative team of Engineers and ProductProject Managers. The ideal candidate must have adopted contemporary UX practices and will seamlessly contribute to an ambitious team. You ll partner with ProductProject Managers and UI Designers to define and deliver new features, translate concepts into living and breathing prototypes, and rapidly iterate on interactions, animations, and details to deliver the perfect experience. You will be responsible for delivering best-in-class customer experiences across all supported platforms.

1) Ability to understand complex business goals, product technical content, and Interaction Design in order to create engaging effective experiences for our customers
2) Adaptability, Communication, collaboration, teamwork, Problem-solving, Design thinking, A user-centric mindset, Attention to detail, Creative and analytical approach
3) Knowledge of industry tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Zeplin, Excel and PowerPoint
4) Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate companyuser goals and objectives into digital experiences
5) Excellent communication skills, empathy for the user and Strong attention to detail
6) Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
7) Interpret data and qualitative feedback
8) Create user stories, personas, and storyboards
9) Determine information architecture and create sitemaps
10) Create prototypes and wireframes
11) Conduct usability testing
12) A strong portfolio demonstrating past work of user-centred and high quality visual design solutions
13) Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills; and the ability to quickly prioritize tasks
