Job Summary:-
As a GRCIRM Specialist/Developer, you will design, develop, and manage Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutionsprimarily leveraging platforms like Archer GRC or ServiceNow GRC.
You'll ensure robust governance, policy enforcement, risk assessment, compliance tracking, and issue resolution processes.
The ideal candidate brings deep functional and technical experience and contributes to the organization's risk-awareness culture and compliance resilience.
Must-Have Core Skills
Expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) platforms (e.g., Archer IRM or ServiceNow GRC).
Examples: Cognizant requires hands-on IRM implementation experience
IRM Developer role centers around designing and maintaining Archer IRM solutions
Solid background in:
Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and implementing mitigation strategies
Policy Management: Drafting, enforcing, and managing governance policies
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal standards
Issue Management: Tracking, resolving, and reporting compliance issues (commonly bundled in GRC terms like audit, vendor, or issue management
Good-to-Have Skills
Integration capabilities:
API integration between IRM/GRC platforms and third-party systems or data sources
Workflow automations or data feeds (e.g., with Archer's Data Feed Manager)
Tool Exposure: Familiarity with other GRC tech like MetricStream, Enablon, IBM OpenPages
Professional certifications such as Archer Certified Administrator, CRISC, CISA, or equivalents
Responsibilities
Design & Build IRM/GRC workflows, dashboards, scoring models, and reports
Configure & Administer policy frameworks, risk registers, compliance controls, issue/audit modules
Integrate IRM systems with external data sources or enterprise tools using APIs, feeds, or automation technologies
Conduct Assessments & Audits for compliance gaps; support issue remediation tracking.
Collaborate across teamsIT, risk, audit, vendor managementto align GRC solutions with business objectives.
Qualifications
Experience: 57+ years in IRM/GRC implementations, especially with Archer or ServiceNow
Technical Skills: Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, JSON/XML), SQL; preferable for integration tasks
Certifications: Preferably Archer IRM admin, CRISC, CISA, or ServiceNow GRC credentials
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and agile project exposure
